We are sorry as now a day we are working day and night for one of the most significant annual gathering events known as Haj.
Hajj is a yearly event where 2 million pilgrims from all over the world gather in Makkah to perform Spatio-temporal rituals.
Most of the rituals are in the Mashaer area, including Mina (encampment), Muzdalifah and Arafat, as shown in the following figure.
As rituals have time and space restrictions, authorities provide buses and trains for the same.There are three stations each in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat areas.
To run and manage the crowd, the train management company hire 7000+ staff that works in 3 shifts at the different station to control the crowd and guide the pilgrims.
Mawjud application designed and developed to take attendance of 7000+ staff based on assigned duty and geo fence location of the station.
The applications main idea is to ensure that staff is doing their duty correctly and properly.
This year Hajj will start on 7th July 2022, but we need to release it as soon as possible to test the app functionality before the event.
The train and some staff are already assigned for a trial.
